The property was perfectly located in central Istanbul with easy access to Taksim , Galata, Sultan Ahmed and literally 5 minutes from Florence Nightingale hospital. Excellent location, clean rooms, super friendly helpful stuff at the reception and restaurant/ bar. The cleaning service is very good too. There is an excellent choice of food for breakfast.

It is very clean (shiny clean) and comfortable. Staff is extremely polite, friendly and helpful:) We had breakfast and everything was delicious! The bed is also comfortable. Amazing!

Very clean and helpful staff. My wife was ill and they made her soup and brought it yoo the room . It was also her birthday and they brought a card and cake to the room .

I had to arrive in Istanbul at 7am, and when I got to the hotel. They were a very kind staff at the reception let me in my room .. I totally appreciate him🙏. And a warm greetings to Mr. Azak whom was very welcoming and kind.

Nice hotel, close to the highway, Mecidiyeköy is very vibrant. Close to Cevahir shopping mall and metro.

Breakfast was quite elaborate and met the requirements of an excellent breakfast. The staff in the restaurant was also friendly and caring and did not leave much to be desired. The location was perfect for me as I was there for a conference and the location fairmont hotel was only 3 minutes walk, so were the restaurants, and shops. It was away from the touristic places like Sultan Ahmet or Taksim.

Location, staff, room service. Hotel was great overall. Room was silent which was perfect during my exam preparation. Food from room service was really tasty.

Hotel was comfortable and clean, the staff were extremely helpful and hospitable. Its location was central and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely choose it again.
